I am getting my car serviced at Cauvery Ford from almost 5 years and my experience with them is excellent. They are hard core professionals (experts) and they are very very service oriented. Right from their GM ( Mr Vignesh) and Mr Prasad, Service Advisors ( Vijay, Sodhan, Kiran) and their technical experts (Sunil, Lawernce) and all the Mechanics, everybody’s single motto is customer service and delight.
My experience with Cauvery Ford has been great for last 6 years. Very polite and knowledgeable service staffs. My service executive Mahendra Shetty has been great support for me. I don't need to bother anything once I leave my car to Mahendra. I recommend Cauvery Ford to all Ford customer
My 3rd year with my Ford Figo 1.5L - 2nd gen and I have always had it serviced at Cauvery Ford (Near Binny Mill, Magadi Road). Mr. Shodhan Shetty has ensured every time that my vehicle gets the best periodic treatment that it needs and he does a wonderful job at that! It can get a bit crowded inside the facility when you have to take the car yourself for servicing but the folks at CF ensure that you don't wait for extended periods of time and they attend you within minutes. As they have a separate body shop facility near Kamakshipalya, atleast some of the burden gets reduced at this facility and they can accommodate more Ford vehicles that arrive for servicing. So far, I have had good experience at this service centre but collecting the vehicle post servicing can get quite frustrating at times because of the time it takes for them to bill the service(s) performed on your vehicle.
My car eco sport broke down few kilometer from Kollegal town. I requested Road side assistance from Ford services. They were prompt enough to provide Toeing services all the way to Cauvery Ford, bangalore even though it was late in the evening. Next day Cauvery Ford assigned Mahindra Kumar as my Service advisor. He was truly outstanding with the quality work carried out on my vehicle. He is sincere and truthful in his assessment of my vehicle problem. I have been a regular customer of Cauvery Ford in binnystown garden. I am completely satisfied with the Service provided by them. I would rate their Service advisor Mr. Mahindra Kumar 5 star. Perfect service !! Decent waiting time Mr.Vijay ( service advisor) He checked my vehicle status and reported me immediately. explained me very clear about my car issues.and my car driven 52k overall kms and facing clutch plate problem thinking to change. Once Mr.Vijay checked my vehicle he explained and resolved without any changing part. The way he explains is ver clear picture and meanwhile the service advisor Mr.Vijay send photos and videos of our car service status. Such a wonderful person. Thanks to Cauvery Ford team. A relatively small but strategically located service center. For people living in newly developed areas such as Bharathiya City, this is one of the closest service station. The people there are good and customer service is great. My handling by service advisor Akshay was particularly beyond what I would expect. Only possible improvement is proper support over phone and calling back with update if it was promised.
Good engineers, good service. Had car breakdown near KIAL. Towed it to this service centre. The service manager sashidharan addressed it. He took time to check and analyse and finally got the flaw and repaired
